No sound! No real video! Training is so boring! Do not buy the app.want my money back!
This app is not one I would recommend. Childish in its graphics and no professional presentation. Complete garbage and unfortunately not worth $0.99.
Nice app to keep you motivated. Ive been using it for over a week and i feel the difference already.
Ive only had this app for about a week & I already see a difference in my bodys toning & I feel the burn. It may only be a 8 min work out. but it has had a serious effect on my body. Im hella happy I got this app. You wont be disappointed !!!
Like it a lot. Great to get a jump start. Would suggest dual reminder settings for weekdays and weekends. You would need to repeat the side plank and side push ups to include both sides. Maybe add a feature where you can log the number of push-ups, lunges, crunches, etc. you were able to do in 30 secs to record your progress.
